Ingredients
- Apples
- Lemon juice
- Cinnamon to taste (optional)
Preparation
- Wash the apples and remove the core with an apple corer.
- Cut the apples into equally thick, wafer-thin slices, ideally with a mandoline.
- Sprinkle the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
- If you’re a fan of cinnamon, add some cinnamon to the slices.
- Then layer the apple slices on the dehydrator’s grill rack, making sure they don’t overlap.
