DOMO Mango granita ice cream maker

Time: 30-40 minutes

Setting ice cream maker:

  • Firmness: soft
  • Speed: slow

Ingredients

  • 500 g mango pulp (2.5 mangos)
  • 175 ml cane sugar syrup
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Preparation

  1. Puree the mango with a hand blender.
  2. Add the sugar syrup and the lemon juice.
  3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
