Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 250 g icing sugar
Preparation

Make sure that your mixer’s bowl and whisks are thoroughly clean and grease-free.

To do that, clean with some lemon juice and kitchen paper.

Pour the egg whites into the clean bowl, making sure that the egg whites are free of any egg yolk.

Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks.

Add a spoon of sugar at a time, beating until you have a glossy, stable egg white mixture with stiff peaks.

Spoon the mixture into a piping bag.

Cover the trays with a sheet of baking paper and pipe small tufts (kisses).
