Ingredients
- 25 ml elderflower syrup
- 100 ml of sparkling water
- 1 lime
- 1 sprig of mint
- ice cubes
Preparation

Pick the leaves from the sprig of mint, keep a few to the side for the finishing touch.

Cut the lime in half. Cut one half in thin slices and put in a glass.

Squeeze out the other half above the glass.

Add the mint leaves and crush with the rounded side of a spoon or with a pestle.

Pour over the sparkling water and the elderflower syrup.

Top off with the ice cubes.
